On the shoulders of these valiant people, whose number is not so large, the complaints of players from all battles and chats rest. They are equally adept at dealing with both chat offenders and players who have gone too far and are trying to ruin the lives of honest players with cheats, sabotage or inactivity. Their mind must be sober, and the “fist” must be fair.
Their work is not as easy as it might seem at first glance. It is worth missing one nuance, and an innocent player can get punished. They need to clearly analyze the current situation and identify the illegality in the actions of the violator. And only after that make the only correct verdict. Do not forget that not every player is able to correctly describe the violation, provide a video or screenshot of the violation. But even here they will explain to you what needs to be provided to punish the offender.
Moderator Admins
Game moderator administrators supervise the activities of the group and organize their work. Handle complaints about errors in the work of moderators, and also monitor the order in the game. Moderator admins are marked with a gold badge in game chats. 
Moderator
These nice guys are the all-seeing eye of the Administration. They are always at the forefront, right in the chat, and vigilantly monitor that flooders, swearers and other violators of the rules do not spoil the mood of respectable tankers. If you have evidence of violations of the chat rules, you can post them in the #violations channel on the discord server. Moderators are marked with a silver badge in game chats. 
Moderator Candidates
Tankers who have decided to dedicate some of their free time to protecting players from disruptions in battles and helping players in the chat are still going through a training course. Candidate moderators are marked with a bronze badge in game chats.
